Rockledge Partners, LLC was incorporated in 2003 as an independent, registered investment advisor and began managing assets in January 2004. The firm's owners included the two founding partners, Wayne H. Shaner and Shawn M. Hendon. Their previous responsibilities included managing equities at a Fortune 100 company for over 20 years. In this role as directors of equity investments, their responsibilities included all research and security selection, development of investment strategy and portfolio management for over $1.3 billion in US equities.

Mr. Shaner is now 100% owner and operator of the investment advisor. The investment philosophy and strategy employed by Rockledge Partners, LLC is consistent with the approach the partners developed and successfully implemented since 1982.
